QANTAS FIRST CLASS LOUNGE
Melbourne Airport
Apex Stone was contracted directly to install the Statuario Marble, processed in Italy, for their showpiece Lounge at the Melbourne Airport. At the same time the Sydney Lounge was being constructed with similar details and materials, both being designed by leading Australian designer Marc Newson.
All the sharp edges of the marble were eliminated by using profiled skirting and coves.
