CBW BUILDING
Cnr Bourke & William Sts Melbourne
This commercial/retail development utilized Melbourne’s unique array of lanes and arcades in the design of this complex. Five separate buildings were placed on this site, two high-rise and three low-rise. The main atrium was covered by an inflatable, clear plastic roof.
Apex stone provided external cladding and rainshield to the sandstone and bluestone buildings in this development.
